Your new order status

Once you place an order for a new service, we get to work behind the scenes to get you up and running.

We’ll send you a text message within a day to let you know what to expect.

If you’ve ordered any hardware such as a modem, we will email you a tracking number once your equipment is shipped.

For new internet orders, we will confirm your activation day as soon as possible. This can take up to 3 days. If we must send a technician, we will let you know the appointment date at the same time.

If you need to reschedule your technician appointment, reply to our text message as soon as possible so we can take care of it for you.
