Change billing delivery method

Through MyPrimus you can easily manage how you receive your monthly invoices. You can choose e-Bill or paper bills.

Note: By switching to e-bill, you can access 18 months of invoice history.

  1. Login to MyPrimus
  2. Select Billing & Payment from the top menu. Then select e-Billing Settings
  3. If you have more than one account registered to MyAccount, select the account you wish to view from the drop-down menu.
  4. Under Bill type option, select e-Bill
  5. Click Save Changes
